Due to impending weather conditions from two storm systems, Essex County residents in low lying, flood prone area's should be prepared to make appropriate preparations to protect life and property. Heavy rains and high winds are expected with the addition of high tides beginning Thursday evening and possibly continuing thru Saturday evening.
